Service Description
This appointment is the starting point for pelvic floor rehabilitation. We’ll take time to understand your symptoms, assess function and movement and identify what’s contributing to how you’re feeling. Where appropriate and with your consent, an internal pelvic floor assessment may be included. You’ll leave with a clear first-stage plan and a recommendation for the right level of follow-up support, based on your goals and how your body is responding. Where appropriate, follow-up appointments may be conducted remotely. This appointment sets the direction; progress is built through follow-up as your body responds, but you won’t be asked to commit to follow-up appointments on the day. We’ll discuss options clearly and you can decide what feels right for you.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice and we will happily arrange an alternative appointment, subject to availability. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. I understand that childcare and illness can sometimes be unpredictable. If unexpected circumstances arise, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will always try to help where I can.
