It’s often dismissed, avoided, or something women feel they just have to “push through”, but it’s a sign that your pelvic floor may be holding tension and not able to fully relax.
For many women, this isn’t about weakness. It’s about coordination, awareness and a nervous system that hasn’t learned how to let go.
This guided downtraining session is designed to help you:
- reduce pelvic floor tension and overactivity
- reconnect with your breath and body
- gently begin to release holding patterns
- feel calmer and more in control
This is not a quick fix, and it doesn’t replace personalised assessment or treatment, but it can be a powerful first step in understanding your body and supporting your recovery.
You can use this session regularly, in your own time, to help your body move out of tension and into a more relaxed, responsive state.
