About the Clinic
A specialist, whole-body approach to pelvic floor rehabilitation
Many women are told to “just do kegels”, rest more, or wait for symptoms to improve.
But pelvic floor symptoms are often far more complex than weakness alone.
Your pelvic floor works closely with your breathing, pressure management, core function, movement patterns and nervous system. If one part of that system is not functioning well, symptoms can begin to appear during everyday life, especially with lifting, walking, exercise or fatigue.
The aim of assessment is not simply to look at symptoms in isolation, but to understand what your body specifically needs in order to feel stronger, more supported and more confident again.
"I'm still at a very early stage with it and working through lots of different things to try to ease the symptoms but Emma has been an absolute lifesaver through all of this!"

About Me
I’m Emma, a registered nurse specialising in pelvic floor function, with additional training in pregnancy, postnatal rehabilitation and movement. I created The Pelvic Floor Clinic to provide women with a calmer, more supportive and more individualised approach to pelvic health care. Many of the women I work with have spent months, or even years, wondering if what they’re experiencing is “normal”, trying generic advice online, waiting for appointments, or avoiding the things they love because they no longer trust their bodies.
My approach combines clinical assessment with rehabilitation-focused support to help women better understand their symptoms and rebuild confidence in movement again.
" [Emma] took the time to really understand what I was experiencing, explained everything in simple, reassuring terms, and created a personalised plan that I actually enjoyed following (so refreshing after the repetitive NHS Kegels!) There was never any awkwardness, she’s a true professional who clearly cares about her patients."
