More details
Who is this course for?
This course is for people with mild to moderate symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. Maybe you leak urine when you run, cough or sneeze, maybe you find penetrative sex painful, or have tenderness or tightness in your lower back. Perhaps you've been doing Kegals to help stop your leaking, but your progress has plateaued or maybe your symptoms have got worse. Or maybe you feel like you need to urinate really often throughout the day, or have difficulties having a poo: this course is for you.
If you've done your own research online to help alleviate your symptoms, but you're overwhelmed or confused by the amount of information and you're not sure how to progress: this course is for you.

If you'd like a safe space to talk through your difficulties and troubleshoot exercises, like Kegals and discuss new, effective tricks, with me, a pelvic floor specialist nurse: this course is for you.
