Power Flow

Suitable from 6 months' postpartum.

This high-energy yoga class blends powerful movement, small weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls to build strength, stamina and endurance. Set to upbeat dance music or Drum & Bass, expect a fast-paced flow that gets your heart rate up and your muscles working.

Suitable from 6 months postpartum. All equipment provided.

Reset + Restore

Perfect for those who find it hard to switch off their inner chatter. 

Much, much, much slower. Slow, stretchy poses, concentrating more on deep stretches, breathing deeply and resetting body and mind. Typical equipment used are bolsters, straps, blocks and (my favourite) lavender eye masks!

We finish off with a guided meditation and a sound bath. 

Suitable for all - even people who are pregnant and newly postpartum.

All equipment provided.

Pregnancy Glow Flow

Come join us for a yoga class designed exclusively for expecting mothers.
Strength, stretches and a community of wonderful women sharing their journey! I'll guide you through poses that are safe and beneficial for both you and your little one, helping to alleviate pregnancy aches and pains. Options to make it harder, with some time for relaxation at the end.
Typical equipment used are blocks, straps, Pilates balls, resistance bands, bolsters and lavender eye masks!

All equipment provided.

Nurture + Strengthen 

Suitable from 6 weeks' postpartum.

Come join us for our postnatal yoga class designed especially for you and your baby.

Yoga is a fantastic way to ease back into exercise after giving birth. The gentle stretches and movements help tone muscles, improve flexibility and strengthen the core—all without putting too much strain on your body. Plus, it can help alleviate some of those common postnatal aches and pains, like lower back discomfort.

 

Typical equipment used are bolsters, blocks, wrist/ankle weights, Pilates balls, resistance bands and straps. All equipment provided, but you might like to bring a blanket and a favourite toy for your little one!

Grace + Grit​

A barre-inspired class designed to sculpt and tone your body through a dynamic blend of ballet, Pilates and strength training. This is your invitation to move with intention, combining graceful, flowing sequences with powerful, pulsing movements that build deep muscular endurance and control.

Expect a full-body burn using light hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls and the barre itself to challenge balance, build strength and improve posture. All while staying low-impact and kind to your joints.

Perfect for anyone looking to build strength without heavy impact, reconnect with their body and feel empowered in their movement. Leave class feeling stronger, taller and more in tune with yourself. The perfect mix of softness and strength.

No dance experience required! Equipment provided. Suitable from 6 months postpartum.
