Book your initial assessment
Service Description
The Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Programme A specialist, nurse-led rehabilitation programme designed for women experiencing symptoms such as bladder leakage, pelvic floor dysfunction, feelings of heaviness or prolapse and concerns returning to exercise or everyday activities. The programme begins with a comprehensive online assessment, allowing us to explore your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and goals in detail. From this assessment, a personalised rehabilitation plan is created to address your individual needs. Depending on your presentation, your programme may include pelvic floor training, relaxation techniques, breathing and pressure management strategies, movement and exercise guidance, symptom management education, and progressive rehabilitation exercises. To support your progress, the programme includes four follow-up appointments, providing ongoing guidance, programme progression and clinical support throughout your rehabilitation journey. You'll also have access to email support between appointments for any questions relating to your programme. This structured approach is designed to help you better understand your symptoms, improve pelvic floor function, build confidence in your body and return to the activities that matter most to you.
