Service Description
Suitable from 6 weeks' postpartum. This class runs as a short course to allow for safe, progressive stretching and strengthening. A structured postnatal yoga course designed to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor and move in a way that supports your recovery, week by week. This isn’t baby yoga. It’s your time to focus on your body, build functional strength and regain confidence in how you move, with your baby close by. There’s no pressure to “bounce back”. We focus on strength that supports you now and in the long term. Babies are welcome. Feeding, crying and cuddles are completely normal and there’s no expectation to be anywhere other than where you are. No need to find a babysitter, just come as you are.

Phone Calls All phone calls are non-refundable and non-transferable. Term Blocks Term blocks for pregnancy and postnatal yoga are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances. Class Passes Passes must be used within the same half-term in which they are purchased. No roll-overs to future half-terms. Unused classes are lost and cannot be refunded. Bookings and transfers with pass purchase Bookings and transfers can be made when using a pass up to 3 hours before the session starts. After this time, no changes or refunds are allowed, regardless of circumstances.
