How It Works

I will contact you directly to arrange your first appointment at a mutually convenient time. This consultation forms the foundation of your personalised plan.

Together, we will agree your eight 45-minute sessions, working around your availability. All sessions must be used within 10 weeks of your initial consultation.4. Follow Your Tailored Plan
Each session builds progressively. We review symptoms, adjust exercises and progress your programme step by step to ensure steady, sustainable improvement.5. Completion and Next Steps
At the end of the programme, we review your progress and discuss ongoing support or follow-up if needed.If, following your initial consultation, this programme isn’t the right fit for you, we will discuss appropriate next steps.
Course Terms
