1:1 Online pelvic floor assessment and rehabiliation
You've probably tried to work it out already
If you've been leaking urine, constantly thinking about where the nearest toilet is, feeling heaviness or a bulge in your vagina, finding sex painful, or wondering why nothing you've tried seems to help, you're not alone.
Pelvic floor symptoms are often more complex than simply having "weak muscles". That's why every assessment looks at the bigger picture. Not just your pelvic floor, but your breathing, movement, daily habits and the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
