Pregnancy yoga

During our pregnancy yoga classes, we start with poses to challenge your body's flexibility and strength (enough to make you feel like you’ve had a workout!) But we also incorporate calming poses, focusing on breathing and mindfulness, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

Mondays 6-6.45pm

£8 per class, sold in term blocks.

Next term 10th June - 15th July (6 classes, £48)

fitness yoga class

Fitness yoga

In a fitness yoga class we use challenging balance poses to help improve stability and engage core muscles. Strength-building poses such as plank variations and chair pose tone different muscle groups and get you working up a sweat! We gradually progress from stretches and static poses to more dynamic movements to get your heart rate up and give you a balanced workout. Suitable for everyone!
