A one-to-one online consultation to understand your symptoms and determine the most appropriate next step. Focused, clinically guided and tailored to you, this session provides clarity on what may be contributing to your symptoms and how to move forward. Suitable if you are unsure whether you need an in-person assessment or prefer to begin with remote support.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled once without charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable Late Attendance If you join late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. Suitability Online consultations are suitable for discussion, guidance and early-stage support only. They do not replace a full physical assessment. If your symptoms require in-person assessment, this will be explained during the consultation so you can decide on the most appropriate next step. Scope of Consultation Online consultations do not include: internal pelvic floor examination physical assessment of pelvic floor function teaching or relying on self-assessment techniques in place of clinical examination Follow-Up Support Where appropriate, a short course of online follow-up sessions may be recommended. Not all clients are suitable for ongoing online rehabilitation. Technology Online consultations are conducted via DoxyMe (a link will be sent to you on confirmation of booking. There is no need to download anything, just click the link a few minutes before your appointment.) It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable device, internet connection and private space for the session.
